About Caitlin

Who I am

Hi, I’m Caitlin, a wife and mother of two young children, as well as an academic, living with ADHD. This personal experience deeply connects me with my clients, many of whom are also navigating the complexities of neurodiversity as students and/or parents. Together, we will support your ability to recognize and celebrate the value of the way that you interact, engage and find meaning in the world around you.

My Professional Journey

In a world where conventional norms often fail to recognize diverse learning and communication styles, my practice is a haven for those who are often misunderstood. Here, the qualities that might be viewed elsewhere as unconventional are seen as creative, brilliant, and full of insight. I am constantly inspired by the creative strategies my clients employ to manage their environments.

As we work together, my role is to guide and support my clients through the intertwined practical and emotional challenges of ADHD. We focus on dismantling the cognitive distortions and societal judgments that cloud self-perception, aiming to pave the way for self-discovery and positive change. This journey is about redefining success and turning perceived limitations into opportunities for growth and creativity.
