What if your teen could join a world where they didn’t have to hide who they are?
Our Neurodivergent Youth D&D Group, The Wayfarers, is a supportive space for teens ages 12–18 to build friendships, explore imaginative stories, practice working as a team, and connect with others who understand.
The adventure will be shaped around the needs, interests, and comfort of the group—creating space for each player to participate in their own way. No previous Dungeons & Dragons experience is needed.
️Group begins September 16
Individual Session 0 meetings: August 24–September 4
Embodied Resilience Wellness Clinic. 100 Collip Cir. Suite 1150. London, ON.
A place to play, connect, unmask, and be yourself.
What if exploring AuDHD didn’t have to feel clinical?
The Rhythm Between is an adult AuDHD therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons group that uses collaborative storytelling and play to explore the push and pull of AuDHD.
Together, participants will enter the Realm of the Shardheart—a space for creativity, connection, reflection, and being understood by people who may share similar experiences.
Starts October 3
