Run for Resilience is a community walk/run created to bring people together in support of accessible mental health care for neurodivergent individuals.
Whether you’re running the 10K, jogging the 5K, walking with friends, or joining the 1K community walk, this event is designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and low-pressure. Participation matters more than pace.
Hosted by Embodied Resilience Wellness Equity Initiative, a not-for-profit arm of Embodied Resilience, this first annual run reflects our belief that movement, connection, and community care belong together.
All routes take place within Springbank Park.
