I offer compassionate, client-centred therapy that is shaped by both professional experience and lived experience as a Vietnamese immigrant. My path into therapy began while working as an Educational Assistant, where I witnessed the gaps in mental health support for neurodivergent individuals, children with developmental disabilities, and families navigating complex systems of care. These experiences inspired me to create a warm, culturally responsive, and affirming space where you will feel understood, supported, and empowered.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, client-led, and grounded in empathy, collaboration, and cultural humility. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s unique needs, moving at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for them. With a focus on neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and inclusive care, I am passionate about supporting immigrants, BIPOC individuals, and neurodivergent clients as they navigate identity, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and intergenerational experiences. I value resilience, compassion, family, and community. I strive to honour each person’s story while helping them build practical tools for healing and growth.
