Supporting Children & Youth
Children and youth often carry more than they should — big emotions, relational challenges, questions about identity, stress at school, or shifts in family life. Gloria offers a collaborative, playful, and neurodiversity-affirming space where young people and their caregivers can explore these experiences with curiosity and care. She trusts that you already hold strengths and insight; her role is to support you in discovering tools, regulation skills, and meaning as you navigate what wellbeing looks like for you.
Growing up as a first-generation Canadian, Gloria knows firsthand the balancing act between different cultural norms, expectations, and ways of being in the world. She appreciates how complex it can feel to hold your voice, manage intense feelings, and step into support — and she meets that with gentleness, respect, and grounded presence.
In sessions, she often brings in art and creative expression to help work with emotions, relational patterns, and nervous system states — especially when words alone don’t feel like enough. There’s no pressure to “be good” at art — the focus is on what the creative process reveals, supports, and invites. Together, work may centre on building coping strategies, supporting emotional regulation, or making space to slow down and explore inner experience in ways that feel meaningful and safe to you.

Gloria is energised by creativity, nature, and movement. She’s happiest when she’s exploring art in its many forms, stretching outside for long walks, or finding new ways to connect mind and body through mindfulness, Qi Gong, and play.
