Hi, I’m Hajra. I’m a physiotherapist who loves helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more able to get back to the things that matter most to them. My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and understand your body along the way.
I believe in taking the time to really listen, explain things clearly, and work together on a plan that feels realistic and supportive, not overwhelming. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, or looking for support for your child’s development, I’m here to guide you step by step in a way that feels approachable and encouraging.
Pelvic health physiotherapy for women and men, including support for bladder leaks, pelvic pain, pelvic pressure, abdominal separation, pregnancy-related pain, postpartum recovery, birth preparation, return to exercise, bladder control concerns, and recovery after prostate surgery.
Pediatric physiotherapy, including support for babies and children who need help with strength, coordination, posture, confidence in movement, and reaching motor milestones. I have experience supporting children with Cerebral Palsy (CP), ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
General physiotherapy for injuries and pain, including sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, joint pain, repetitive strain injuries, and movement concerns that affect everyday life.

I love cooking and am very good at it, I can speak six languages, and I genuinely enjoy learning new things. I also have ADHD, which gives me a lived understanding of how differently people can think, learn, and move through the world.
