If you are feeling tension, discomfort, stiffness, or a sense that your body is not moving the way it used to, osteopathic manual treatment can be a supportive place to start.
I offer gentle, hands-on osteopathic care that looks at the body as an interconnected whole. Rather than focusing only on one area of discomfort, I consider how different structures in the body relate to and influence one another.
I am a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where I earned my Master in Osteopathic Manual Science. My approach is gentle, rhythmic, and collaborative, with treatment focused on supporting natural movement, improving coordination between structures, and helping the body access its own self-regulating abilities.
My goal is to create a calm, respectful space where you feel supported in your care and connected to your overall health and well-being.
I support clients experiencing:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and a Master in Osteopathic Manual Science from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
I’m a proud Francophone who loves speaking French—and listening to French music!
