Stress and anxiety can show up in the body as tension, pain, and fatigue. Whether it’s from work, school, finances, or injury, my goal is to help you relax, release muscle tension, and restore balance through bodywork and reflexology.
I’ve always been drawn to the health and wellness field. My own life experiences have deepened my empathy and passion for supporting others on their healing journeys. I believe in collaborating with clients and colleagues to provide whole-person care that supports both physical and emotional well-being.
