I was born and raised in London, Ontario, and have always felt drawn to supporting others in reaching their goals. Throughout my life, I’ve seen friends and family navigate barriers related to neurodivergence and other challenges. Those experiences shaped how I understand care — not just as treatment, but as partnership and empowerment.

As I moved through my education and into my work as a physiotherapist, I began to recognize the meaningful role I could play in supporting individuals facing complex physical and cognitive challenges. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel understood and capable. My goal is to help build strength, mobility, focus, and confidence — working collaboratively to achieve the outcomes that matter most to you.
