I am a Master of Social Work student with a focus on addictions, domestic violence, and emotional regulation. I offer both in-person and virtual support across Ontario.
My work centres on supporting individuals and adolescents as they navigate challenges with addictions, the impacts of violence, regulating emotions, and building healthier connections with others. I approach this through a whole-person lens, considering the balance of mind, body, spirit, and community. I aim to provide a space where people—especially youth—can feel understood and valued while exploring their own capacity for growth and change.
As an Anishinaabe Kwe from Chimnissing First Nation, my practice is shaped by both my professional training and cultural roots. I take a strengths-based approach that honours each person’s story and the knowledge they carry.
