Healing Through Touch

If you’re looking for a registered massage therapist in London Ontario, I’d like to introduce myself and share how I approach healing through massage.

My name is Shari White, and I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 30 years. I recently joined Embodied Resilience Wellness Clinic, and I’m passionate about helping people feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

A Career Built on Connection

From the beginning, this work has always been about people for me.

I’ve often been described as a “people person,” and I believe empathy is one of my greatest strengths. Over the years, I’ve learned that pain isn’t just physical. It can come from stress, life experiences, or simply carrying too much for too long.

Massage therapy gives me a way to support people in all of those areas.

I take the time to listen, understand, and create a treatment that fits you—not just your symptoms.

Understanding Myself, Understanding Others

In my personal life, I’ve come to recognize that I likely share traits of ADHD. While I’ve never been formally diagnosed, both of my children have ADHD, and I see many of those same qualities in myself.

And honestly, I’ve come to accept and appreciate that.

Years ago, ADHD was often viewed in a negative light. Today, I see it differently. I see the energy, awareness, and sensitivity that come with it—and I’ve learned how to channel those qualities into my work.

It helps me stay present, attentive, and deeply connected to the people I care for.

Creating a Safe and Comfortable Space

One of the most important parts of massage therapy is how you feel when you walk into the room.

My goal is simple: I want you to feel comfortable.

That means:

  • A calm, welcoming environment
  • A pace that works for you
  • A space where you don’t feel rushed or judged

Many clients tell me they can relax quickly once they’re here—and that’s exactly what I hope for.

Because when your body feels safe, it can begin to let go.

The Power of Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is often thought of as a way to relieve muscle tension—and it absolutely helps with that. But it can also do so much more.

Regular massage can:

  • Reduce physical pain and stiffness
  • Improve circulation and movement
  • Support better sleep
  • Help your body manage stress
  • Create a sense of calm and balance

Sometimes, the biggest benefit is simply having time to pause and reset.

A Positive Approach to Healing

Life can be challenging. We all experience ups and downs, stress, and moments where we feel overwhelmed.

I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated.

Through massage, I aim to bring a sense of calm, positive energy into each session. It’s about helping you feel just a little lighter, a little more relaxed, and a little more like yourself again.

You’re Welcome Here

At Embodied Resilience Wellness Clinic, we’ve created a space where healing is supported in many ways.

Whether you’re coming in for:

  • Pain relief
  • Stress management
  • Injury recovery
  • Or simply time to relax

You are welcome here.

We offer a range of services, including registered massage therapy, psychotherapy, and other supports that focus on the whole person—not just one part of your health.

Take the Next Step

If you’ve been thinking about booking a massage, this might be your sign to take that step.

Your body does a lot for you every day. Taking time to care for it isn’t a luxury—it’s part of staying well.

I’d love to be part of your care.

Final Thoughts

Thank you for taking the time to read and get to know me, your registered massage therapist in London, ON. I’m grateful to be part of this clinic and to support this community.
